Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods. If an order contains several goods delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or letter:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice exercising the right of withdrawal before the period expires.
Returning the goods
After declaring your withdrawal, you must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days to:

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day return period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Returns sent without postage paid will not be accepted. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage until the refund is completed.
Where possible, please include your order number or other proof of purchase. Contacting us in advance makes processing easier but is not a condition for validly exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
Condition of returned goods
You may inspect the goods in the same way as you could in a physical shop. You are liable for any diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Where possible, please return the goods complete, clean, with any existing tags, and in the original packaging. The absence of the original packaging alone does not exclude the statutory right of withdrawal.
Effects of withdrawal and refunds
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery will not be reimbursed.
We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or until you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
We will generally use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur additional fees as a result of the refund.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:
- goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal was removed after delivery;
- goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Reduced-price and sale items are not excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal merely because their price was reduced. Gift cards and digital content may be subject to specific statutory rules.
Damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods
Please inspect your order after receipt and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged or defective or if you received the wrong item. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this withdrawal policy. Where a defect is justified, you will not bear the necessary return costs.
Exchanges
A direct exchange cannot be guaranteed. If you want a different size, colour, or item, you may return the received goods under this policy and place a separate order for the desired item.
