Shipping Policy
We ship orders from Germany to delivery addresses in Germany, the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after the order is received and payment is successfully confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated delivery times
- Germany: 2–3 business days after dispatch
- European Union: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Switzerland and the United Kingdom: 3–6 business days after dispatch
- United States: 4–8 business days after dispatch
The stated delivery times are estimates and are additional to the processing time. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs clearance, public holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs and free shipping
- Germany: €8.99 — free for orders of €75 or more
- European Union: €13.99 — free for orders of €200 or more
- Switzerland: €29 — free for orders of €250 or more
- United Kingdom: €29 — free for orders of €250 or more
- United States: €49 — free for orders of €400 or more
The final shipping cost is displayed at checkout before the order is completed and is determined by the delivery country and order value.
Customs duties, import taxes, and other charges
Deliveries to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges. These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient. The relevant authorities in the destination country determine and collect these charges.
Shipment tracking
Where tracking is available for the selected shipping method, you will receive a dispatch confirmation containing tracking information after your order has been shipped.
Delivery address and undeliverable shipments
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If a shipment is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect it on time, additional reshipping costs may apply.
Damaged or missing shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time, please contact us at info@modamixtr.com and include your order number.
